A. Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Musical instruments
A.1 | This Warranty is only available to the customer named in the Warranty Registration Email (“the customer”) in respect of the musical instrument purchased by the customer from the shops and online shop of Tom Lee Music Co., Ltd. ("TLMC") in Hong Kong or Macau, customers who received the registration email is verified to access the warranty service. Customers can confirm their personal information at Link.
if the customer has returned the Registration Portion of the Warranty Service to TLMC at the address printed thereon or has made an online registration at the website of TLMC at www.tomleemusic.com.hk within 14 days of the date of delivery of the musical instrument to the customer. | ||||||||
A.2 | This Warranty is personal to the customer and is not transferable. | ||||||||
A.3 | The customer must deliver the musical instrument and present the registration email and the original sales invoice of the musical instrument to the Service Department of TLMC in Hong Kong for the repair and maintenance services provided by TLMC under this Warranty. | ||||||||
A.4 | This Warranty shall cease to be in force and terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

A.5 | Save as expressly set out in this Warranty terms and conditions, TLMC is not responsible for the repair, maintenance or replacement of any musical instrument or any part or component thereof. | ||||||||
A.6 | The liability of TLMC under this Warranty is limited to the repair and maintenance of the musical instruments specified herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein, TLMC is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by any person due to or in connection with any defect or damage of any musical instrument. | ||||||||
A.7 | TLMC's decision on any of the matters in relation to this Warranty shall be final and conclusive and binding on the customer. | ||||||||
A.8 | In case of any difference between the English and Chinese version of this Warranty terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. | ||||||||
Three-Year Tom Lee Warranty (on specified products starting from February 10th , 2022):
5. Product defects which are recognised by TLMC as being subject to the extended warranty obligation shall be dealt with as follows: the defective product shall, at our discretion, be either repaired free of charge or replaced with a substitute product (a subsequent model if required). All delivery and handling charges for the product are to be taken care of by the customer. Products and components which have been replaced shall become the property of TLMC. 6. Warranty claims must be declared within the official warranty period. To assert a warranty claim, the product in question must be returned to TLMC with the original invoice. 7. Claims other than the right to remedy defects referred to in these terms and conditions of warranty are not covered by this warranty. 8. The warranty period for the product shall neither be extended nor renewed as a result of the provision of services under the guarantee. 9. The terms here will be provided in both English and Chinese wording. Should there be any discrepancies between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. |
1. | TOM LEE MUSIC CO., LTD. ('TLMC') agrees to provide the customer with the following services free of charge within one year from the date of purchase of the piano:

2. | TLMC agrees to provide limited warranty service for the components of the piano set out under Category (A) below for a period of five years and to provide limited warranty service for the component of the piano set out under Category (B) below for a period of ten years, with each such period commencing from the date of purchase of the piano by the customer:

3. | TLMC shall provide the following services free of charge in respect of Disklavier Piano, Silent Piano, Electone and Digital Piano for a period of one year from the
date of delivery of the said musical instruments:

4. | Save as expressly set out in this Warranty terms and conditions, the repair, service, alignment, alteration, modification or otherwise the treatment of whatever nature of all other parts or components of the piano are not covered by this Warranty terms and conditions at any time. | ||||||||||
5. | Please keep the warranty registration email; in case of loss a replacement warranty registration email will not be issued. To obtain service set out under this Warranty Service, the customer must present the warranty registration email together with the original sales invoice/purchase receipt of the piano. | ||||||||||
6. | Any of the following circumstances shall render this Warranty Service invalid:

7. | The liability of TLMC under this Warranty terms and conditions shall be limited to providing services to the piano in accordance with the terms of conditions of this Warranty Service. Any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect in the piano or for any loss resulting from delay in repair is excluded. | ||||||||||
8. | For the determination of any of the matters contained in this Warranty terms and conditions, the decision of TLMC shall be final and conclusive. |

2. | Breakdown or damage caused by careless handling, negligence, accidents, misuse, abuse or improper operation |
3. | Repairs, alignments, alterations or tampering by individuals or service personnel other than those of the TLMC; |
4. | When the serial number has been detached, altered, removed or obliterated; |
5. | Damage of body finishing. |

1. | This Warranty is only available to the customer named in the Warranty Registration Email (the "customer) in respect of the musical Instrument purchased by the customer from the shops of Tom Lee Music Company Limited ("TLMC") in Hong Kong or Macau, if the customer has returned the Registration Portion of the Warranty Card to TLMC at the address printed thereon or has made an on-line registration at the website of TLMC at www.tomleemusic.com.hk within 15 days of the date of delivery of the musical instrument to the customer. Successful online registered customer will entitle to extend 3 months warranty period |
2. | This Warranty is personal to the customer and is not transferrable. |
3. | The customer must deliver the musical instrument and present the Warranty registration email and the original sales invoice instrument to TLMC stores or the Service Department Hong Kong for the inspection and maintenance services of the musical of TLMC in provide by TLMC under this Warranty. |
4. | This Warranty shall cease to be in force and terminate upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
(a) damage to or defect of the musical instrument arising from mishandling or misuse or improper use or operation or storage of the musical instrument by the customer or any person other than TLMC or an accident occurred to the musical instrument while it is not in the possession or under the control of TLMC or a natural disaster; or (b) any part or component of the musical instrument has been replaced by a part or component which is not supplied or approved by TLMC; or (c) a repair, servicing, adjustment, alteration or tampering of the musical instrument by any person other than those authorised or designated by TLMC; or (d) the Warranty registration email or the serial number printed or engraved on the musical instrument has been detached, defaced, altered, modified, removed or obliterated. |
5. | This warranty includes functional recovery of musical instrument but does not apply to cleaning service or any damage of the instrument case or the plating or lacquering of the musical instrument. |
6. | The liability of TLMC under this Warranty is limited to the inspection and maintenance of the musical instruments specified herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein. TLMC is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by any person due to or in connection with any defect or damage of any musical instrument. |
7. | TLMC's decision on any of the matters in relation to this Warranty shall be final and conclusive and binding on the customer. |
8. | The above terms and conditions are for general reference only and are subject to change by TLMC without prior notice. In the event of any difference in meaning or interpretation between the English and Chinese version of this Warranty Card, the English version shall prevail. |
1. | TLMC shall provide repair and replacement services free of charges for the electronic parts only of the Electric Guitar and Bass Guitar (excluding those listed in paragraph 2 below) for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the said musical instruments. |
2. | The repair and replacement services listed in paragraph 1 above do not apply to: (a) the wooden parts of the musical instrument, including but not limited to the guitar body, neck, fingerboard (b) any damage of the body finishing. |
1. | TLMC shall provide repair and replacement services free of charges for the electronic parts only of the Guitar/Bass and Keyboard amplifier (excluding those listed in paragraph 2 below) for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the said musical instruments. |
2. | The repair and replacement services listed in paragraph 1 above do not apply to: (a) the wooden parts of the musical instrument, including but not limited to the amplifier wooden cabinet, leather and /or vinyl covers; (b) any damage of the body finishing. |
1. | TLMC shall provide repair and replacement services free of charges for the electronic parts only of the Synthesizers (excluding those listed in paragraph 2 below) for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the said musical instruments. |
2. | The repair and replacement services listed in paragraph 1 above do not apply to: (a) the wooden parts of the musical instrument, including but not limited to wood shells; (b) any damage of the body finishing. |
1. | TLMC shall provide repair and replacement services free of charges for the electronic parts only of the Electronic Drum (excluding those listed in paragraph 2 below) for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the said musical instruments. |
2. | The repair and replacement services listed in paragraph 1 above do not apply to: (a) the wooden parts of the musical instrument, including but not limited to wood shells; (b) any damage of the body finishing. |
