The number of tickets for the competition is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once tickets are sold out, no further tickets will be available.
Only guests aged 6 or above are admitted.
Each purchase of an admission ticket is limited to one registered attendee.
Final competition tickets are non-refundable.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the competition. Once the audience is orderly seated, kindly wait patiently for the competition to begin. Latecomers will be admitted at an appropriate time or during the intermission to avoid disrupting the competition.
Prior to the start of the finals, please turn off your mobile phones or any other noisy/light-emitting devices to ensure a focused and uninterrupted experience for yourself and other audience members/performers.
Eating or drinking in the audience area is not permitted to avoid disturbing other audience members' enjoyment of the performances.
Please refrain from making noise or engaging in conversations during the competition to show respect to the competitors and other audience members.
If you need to leave your seat during the competition, please wait until the end of a program segment before exiting to minimize disruptions to the competitors and the audience. Follow the venue's instructions for re-entry.
Applause should be given only after each competitor has finished their performance. If you are unfamiliar with a piece, wait until the competitor's hands are fully lowered and facing the audience, indicating the completion of the piece, before applauding to show support and encouragement.
The competition schedule may be subject to changes depending on the actual circumstances of the day. There is a possibility of delays or early completion. Each competition session will not exceed 2 hours, so please allocate sufficient time to watch the competition.
